By 2025, Mac took his clearest step toward legacy with the creation of Metro Magic Academy. More than a training space, the Academy reflects his values: discipline over shortcuts, storytelling over noise, and respect for both craft and audience. It exists to mentor the next generation—not just to perform, but to think, create, and lead.

Alongside this work is Impossibros, a group that represents Mac’s belief in collaboration over ego. Together, they demonstrate that Filipino magic grows stronger when artists lift one another and build something larger than themselves.

Today, Mac Florendo and his team specialize in high-impact magic and mentalism for corporate events, brand campaigns, new live experiences, online content, and commercials—collaborating with the metro’s top performers to craft custom shows that don’t just amaze, but endure. Each project is designed with intention, aligning wonder with story, emotion, and brand identity.

And fittingly, on his birthday, Mac launches yet another chapter: the Metro Magic Podcast. Created with his team, the podcast explores magic in everyday metro life—meeting people, trying new experiences, and having real conversations rooted in curiosity. It’s deliberately raw, unpolished, and honest—proof that magic doesn’t need perfection to be powerful.
